Where is my information stored?

Core profile, schedule, progress, habits, check-ins, and journal information is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may remove that information.

How do I delete my data?

Open You → Settings → Delete all app data. When connected, this also removes your Support Circle cloud inbox and undelivered encrypted messages. You can revoke or replace only the Support Circle writing link from the Support Circle screen.

Why is a Support Circle message not appearing?

MissionReady checks while the app is active and online. Closed-app push alerts are not currently provided. Keep urgent, safety-related, or time-sensitive communication in approved channels instead of Support Circle.

What if a private writing link was shared too widely?

Open Support Circle → Private inbox controls → Replace writing link. The old link stops accepting new messages. You can also revoke the inbox entirely and create a new one later.

How do I report an unwanted Support Circle message?

Open the message and choose “Report this message.” The email draft includes delivery identifiers but does not attach the private message text automatically. Add only the information you choose to share.

Why did my App Store rating prompt not appear?

Apple decides when the review prompt is displayed and limits how often it can appear. Tapping “Rate app” sends the request, but Apple may choose not to show it.

Is MissionReady an official Church app?

No. MissionReady is an independent, unofficial product from JTR Labs. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or its affiliates.

Does MissionReady replace mission leaders or professional care?

No. The app is a planning and reflection companion. It does not replace mission leaders, qualified clinicians, emergency services, or official Church resources.

How do I report a content concern, bug, or suggestion?
