Common questions
- Refunds: purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue App Store refunds directly.
- Cancel a subscription: if the app offers a subscription, manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or App Store → your name → Account Settings on macOS. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore a purchase: use the app's "Restore purchases" option (usually in its settings or upgrade screen) while signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Delete your data: see the privacy policy for exactly what the app stores and how to delete it. For our apps that keep data on your device, deleting the app removes it.
